Best Car Buying Experience Ever
by amsohio1 on 04-26-10 (07:31AM)
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
When my local dealership told me that I was just out of luck because they couldn't find the car I wanted in the color I wanted with the options I wanted, I went home and did an internet search myself.  I searched Maryland because I grew up in Montgomery County and figured I could combine a visit home with a new car. Criswell had the exact car I wanted.  I sent an email inquiry on Sunday evening and by Monday at 10am, the deal was done.  Terrence and Marcio were not only professional, but also kind and friendly.  They didn't pressure me into anything and even did the research into the best way to manage the taxes and title between MD and Ohio.  They spent a lot of time with me going over how to work the car and how to get the most out of the engine and the gas mileage.

I highly recommend this dealership, and the internet sales team in particular.

Criswell Nissan is the Best!
by zlover91009 on 09-10-09 (08:10PM)
Pros: No hassles; best price; exceptional, professional and efficient service.
Cons: None thus far.
I have owned 2 previous Nissans, a 1986 300Z, which I loved and drove for 14 years, and a 2001 Pathfinder LE that I kept for 8 years. Today, I bought my 3rd, a 370Z touring coupe, from Criswell Nissan in Germantown, MD. As an experienced (old and savvy), aggressive, Internet value shopper, I was determined to collect quotes from at least 6 dealers on this car and to pay a minimum amount above dealer invoice; hopefully, a price below the KBB TMV. A related goal was to get the KBB "good" valuation on my 2001 Pathfinder LE trade-in. I spent over a week negotiating with more than the original 6 dealers I had vowed to contact, without getting to the price I wanted to pay. So I requested additional dealer referrals from other Internet car buying services and was finally put in contact with Criswell Nisssan. Within 3 days, I got the deal I wanted, achieving both my goals, without pressure, without pretense, without false enticements to come in and "test drive" the car before being quoted a price, all in a totally straightforward, businesslike manner, and, above all, with price quotes, both on the new Z and my trade-in, that I felt were completely honest and fair and with which I found no reason to argue. This has been, by far, the best new car buying experience I've had. I especially wish to commend Damon Whitby, the sales associate, with whom I negotiated the deal, for his total professionalism, technical proficiency in the (to me) somewhat advanced features of the car, and for his exceptional helpfulness; his manager, who approved the deal; and Debbie, the business manager, who took care of all the paperwork in the speediest, least painful, and most efficient manner possible. Kudos and many thanks to Criswell Nissan. You are the best, and I love my new Z!

Criswell: Outstanding Experience
by ottoa6 on 06-15-09 (05:07PM)
Pros: Super service. Go the extra mile.
Cons: If you're exiting 270 going south do your homework on which exit to take!
Terance Abraham and Criswell Nissan teamed up for a great deal and fantastic service.  I hate shopping for cars and hate even more going through the paying for them process.  Criswell had the vehicle I wanted at a price well below what I was being offered in Virginia.  The payment process was smooth and easy without the usual hard sell on extended warranties and other extras.  When I buy another Nissan, it will be at Criswell.

Great car buying experience
by djminor on 06-06-09 (04:27PM)
Pros: straight forward and clear on all facts and courteous people
Cons: None
The salesperson Damon Whitby and the lady that handled the financing made the purchasing of a new car as painless as possible.  Everything was clear and "up front" and all of my questions were answered quickly. The only negative that I can think of is my wife liked the finance lady's shoes;  so I had to buy my wife a new pair of shoes, along with the car.

Great deal, easy and clear.
by Comproencash on 12-25-08 (03:50PM)
Pros: A lot, honest, clear, easy, no pressure, great stock.
Cons: Umm, make sure they are giving you a full tank.
Jorge Castro (salesman) and Terence Abraham made an easy and clear deal. It was a good experience, took me only 30 minutes to make a deal with them, no pressure, no hassle, they are really good. I bought a Rogue 2009, obviously first of all, comparing internet prices.
